Meet St. Thomas Aquinas High School's top 10 students in Class of 2024

A high school senior in Dover, New Hampshire, has been named the state's top student for the second year in a row.

Grace Hailan Belknap of Thomas Aquinas High School was named the top student in the state by the New Hampshire Union Leader.

Belknap, the daughter of Chris and Courtney Belknap, works this summer as a retail associate at O'Keefe's General Store in Seabrook.

She's a National Honor Society member, member of the chamber choir, vice president of the student advisory board, and a recipient of the Rochester Institute of Technology Art and Design Award.

She plans to attend Southern New Hampshire University in the fall to study data science, reports the Union Leader.

Camila Garcia of Hampton was named the state's top student for the third year in a row.

She plans to attend Bryant University in the fall to study business administration.

Katelynn Houle of Newmarket was named the top student for the second year in a row.

She plans to attend Washington University in St.
