Wilmington Student Wins Westminster College Poetry Contest

Wilmington High School senior Linnea Funari was one of four winners from Lawrence, Allegheny, Beaver and Mahoning counties.

Funari presented her winning poem a€œMy Hair at the Bleasby Colloquium in Mueller Theater of the McKelvey Campus Center.

The experience encouraged her to look into a creative writing class in college but nothing professional. Read the Entire Article
