Brad Bumgardner began his relationship with the Parke County Community Foundation in June of 1997 as a member of the Board of Directors.
He served in ministry at the Rockville Christian Church for 18 years where he held the titles of Youth Minister, Associate Minister, and his final role was Senior Minister prior to joining the Foundation.
During his tenure as Executive Director, the Foundation has distributed more than $22 million in grants and scholarships.
