It is a partnership between Flin Flon Arts Council, Thompson Mall of the Arts, Churchill Creative Collective, The Pas, Thompson, and Snow Lake.
Driven by the northern energy and resilience, the shared goal is to build a thriving, inclusive arts and cultural sector.
